Sobre el Puesto

Como Profesional de Limpieza, trabajarás con un compañero o un equipo pequeño para limpiar los hogares de nuestros clientes. Ofrecemos capacitación pagada, un vehículo de la empresa durante el horario de trabajo, uniformes y todos los suministros. Solo necesitas traer una buena actitud y disposición para aprender.

Pago y Beneficios

• $20.00 – $30.00 por hora (según experiencia y confiabilidad)

• 18% a 23% de comisión por servicio (más bonificaciones por desempeño)

• Las propinas van 100% a ti — cada propina que deje el cliente es completamente tuya, sin divisiones

• Bono de bienvenida de $1,500: $500 pagados al final de los meses 4, 8 y 12 — premiamos tu lealtad

• Pago semanal por depósito directo

Lo Que Harás

• Viajar a casa de los clientes en un vehículo de la empresa

• Limpiar áreas residenciales: baños, cocinas, habitaciones, salas, etc.

• Representar nuestra marca con profesionalismo y respeto

• Brindar un servicio excepcional que los clientes adoran
