We don’t just fix cars; we provide a world-class guest experience that aligns with the Lexus "Covenant"—treating every customer like a guest in our own home.As the primary point of contact between our guests and our factory-trained technicians, you will be the face of our service department, ensuring every vehicle is maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultative Service: Greet guests warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide expert recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repair.Workflow Management: Coordinate with the Shop Foreman and Technicians to provide accurate cost estimates and timelines.Guest Advocacy: Maintain transparent, proactive communication via phone, text, and email throughout the service process.Quality Control: Conduct final inspections of repair orders and explain all work performed to the guest upon delivery.Brand Excellence: Consistently achieve high Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and contribute to the dealership’s reputation for excellence.What You Bring to the TableExperience: Minimum of 2 years in an automotive service advisory role.
