I opened my State Farm agency on December 1, 2025, and I'm excited to continue growing my team. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in the insurance industry, including six years as a State Farm Life Specialist before completing the Agent Aspirant Program. I'm a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, married with a daughter, and enjoy hiking, camping, reading, college football, and spending time with family and friends. Being involved in the community is important to me. I'm an active member of Rotary and enjoy participating in local festivals and community events. Building relationships and giving back are core values of both my agency and my family. Our agency offers a bonus for licensed candidates and is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance. As our team grows, I'm dedicated to creating an environment where people can build rewarding, long-term careers. Our culture is positive, supportive, and growth-oriented. As a Customer Service Representative with Marcie Ellison - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
