Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Account Representative to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for customer accounts, helping ensure clients receive timely assistance, accurate information, and a positive overall experience. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to address account needs, coordinate requests, maintain accurate records, and support strong long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with different types of customers, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to customer questions and provide clear, professional assistance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account information.
• Assist with account requests, updates, documentation, and general service needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure questions or concerns are properly addressed.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments when additional support or information is required.
• Identify customer needs and help direct them toward appropriate solutions.
• Manage multiple account-related tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support customer retention by providing consistent and reliable service.
