Job Summary: The Cook prepares high-quality food according to Lee’s Famous Recipe standards, ensuring consistency, safety, and speed in a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management.
- Help the manger on duty monitor product levels in the warmer.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service times.
- Effectively communicate with managers regarding product calling.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to complete required digital training on the LMS.
- Previous cooking experience preferred but not required.
