Job Title: Lead Line Operator - Day Shift - 20/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Line Operator to oversee operations on a pelletizing or grinding line. This role involves using forklifts to move materials, managing line operations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the facility. Responsibilities
- Lead operations on pelletizing or grinding lines.
- Utilize forklifts to move materials within the facility.
- Oversee line operations of pelletizers and grinders.
- Assist in building boxes for material storage.
- Load materials onto conveyor belts.
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to across the facility.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Machine operation expertise.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
- Previous forklift experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership mentality and willingness to address issues in group settings.
- Steel toe, bump cap, and ear protection usage required.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing facility with an attached warehouse, focusing on industrial and unused plastics. Join a team of 40-50 employees in a dynamic grinding/pelletizing environment. Positions are available for various shifts, including night shifts with differential pay. Dress code requires steel-toed shoes, bump caps, eye protection, ear protection, jeans or long pants, and a T-shirt (no cut-offs).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pandora, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
