About the Role:
***MUST BE A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE WITH A NEW JERSEY HHA LICENSE FROM THE NEW JERSEY BOARD OF NURSING***
ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in Burlington and Camden County. This is a rewarding hourly opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in the Burlington/ Camden County, NJ area
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
