Locum Psychiatry need in Johnstown, PA. ASAP and on-going need. Must have current PA license. Hospital: - Inpatient unit - 29 beds, census currently capped at 21. - Call schedule: 1-2 days per week. 3 days on occasion Possible weekend call needed On call weekdays by phone from 5 pm until 8 am the following morning. On call weekends round on psychiatric units and see new consultations in the ED and med/surg on Saturday and Sunday.
- Avg Patient Encounters while on call: Varies - Avg Called in while on call: Varies, about 2-4 admissions, plus calls for behavioral issues, PRN medications, non-routine incidents on the unit - Response time: 25 minutes - Midlevels assist with new evals and summaries - EMR: Epic - Daily average of 3-5 consults, and 5-6 follow-ups. - Department/Units Rounding: Adult, DEM, Consults Contact: Conrad Feller, BSN, RN Ascend Medical StaffingVacancy posted 2 days ago
