Work schedule
- Identify and recruit 5-Star talent to create a top-notch team
- Provide coaching and development to support a fun and respectful work environment
- Ensure operations run smoothly to deliver fresh food and excellent service every day
- Contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals
- Showcase your leadership skills and commitment to Wendy's values
- Minimum of one year experience in a leadership role, preferably in foodservice
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Flexible work availability
- Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Handle various weather conditions and physical tasks
- Operate restaurant equipment and technology efficiently
