Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid DOE certification required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• License to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee
• School-based experience or familiarity with IEP development preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students with varying communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and support teams to foster an inclusive educational environment
• Contribute to and participate in IEP meetings, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor progress and adapt therapy approaches as necessary to maximize outcomes for each student
• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students, both individually and in groups
