We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects . Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage ground-up construction project s , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and closeout.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards.
* Proactively manage project risks, solve problems, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Ensure all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed on-site.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and ensure the successful handoff of projects to operations.

Senior Project Manager Key Qualifications:

* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial construction.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration among teams.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera).
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* PMP or similar certification is a plus.
