RN Case Manager: Discharge & Utilization Leader

The Valley Health System

The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada is seeking an experienced RN for Utilization Management to coordinate discharge planning and ensure efficient utilization of patient care resources. This role requires collaboration with the patient, family and healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
