responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end creation of elite athlete custom footwear from initial concept through final delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, and sports marketing to translate design intent into production-ready execution
• Manage custom development workflows tied to athlete timelines while ensuring exact performance and fit requirements are met
• Act as the primary interface with overseas factories and partners to guarantee accurate technical alignment and responsive issue resolution
• Champion Our Client's development standards and best practices while maintaining clear communication and discretion on high-visibility projects
