Job Summary
The outpatient physical therapist position is located in Baytown, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. Candidates are expected to bring an active physical therapy license for the state of Texas on the first day. The position requires a minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience.

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, one or more years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable license for the state of Texas

- Additional Information: The role includes completing comprehensive patient evaluations, participating in student programs, creating professional development plans, adhering to state practice acts and regulatory standards, maintaining licensure, and following the organizations performance improvement initiatives.
