Job Type: Contract-to-hire Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour on W2, all-inclusive Shift Timing: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Job Summary: Perform skilled installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and comply with GMP/GLP standards and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proven hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting/repair.
• 2+ years of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) experience required, with knowledge of compliance in production/pharma environments.
• Ability to read/interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate degree in industrial maintenance/mechatronics preferred.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work independently on 3rd shift.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with PLC basics or automation systems.
• Experience in high-volume production or GMP-regulated facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain production machines and equipment.
• Provide repair of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
