How You'll Contribute Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff. What We're Looking For Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN required - Float Pool, Emergency or ICU experience; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred More About Havasu Regional Medical Center Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 171-bed community hospital with the resources and the technology to serve as a regional healthcare provider.
