Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (RN - ER)This is a 13-week contract position.Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend required.We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in emergency nursing, along with necessary certifications and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care for patients in the Emergency Room.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, responding swiftly to changes.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EMR.Participate in patient and family education and support initiatives.Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas or Compact.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certifications required.Behavioral Management training (CPI) must be completed within 6 weeks of onboarding.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
