Otolaryngology Physician

A premier, non-profit children's specialty healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join a rapidly growing provider division. This full-time, employed opportunity offers a 100% pediatric case mix with a highly collaborative support network and excellent quality-of-life balance.

This role offers a structured, predictable rotation designed to balance patient care, surgical time, and administrative duties:
• Clinic: 3 days per week
• Operating Room (OR): 2 days per week (focused on basic procedures, scopes, and foreign bodies; no tracheal reconstruction required)
• Administrative: 1/2 day per week built into the schedule
• On-Call: Light call rotation (every 3rd or 4th weekend, depending on local staffing
