IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL: Lead and collaborate on new product development activities Work with cross-functional local and global development teams.Prepare detailed plans, schematics, printed circuit board layouts, and assemblies to create and qualify designs.Perform a variety of electronic testing using common laboratory equipment.Provide guidance to others on technical matters. Research and develop new ideas and technologies for implementation into our products.Provide technical support for existing products.WHO YOU ARE: You are a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who can set and achieve goals. You are interested in learning, apply technical rigor in problem solving and analysis. Collaborate well with others, willing to take feedback and personal responsibility for decisions. You communicate effectively in various settings (e.g. one-on-one, groups, and written). FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor of Science in Engineering8+ years of applicable experience in Electrical Engineering Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the futureIndividuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
