Account Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing Elite HubSpot consulting partner in Bayard Bradford. We are a specialized HubSpot Consulting firm dedicated to driving growth for franchises and industrial/manufacturing companies.
We’re looking for our next Account Executive who can navigate the HubSpot ecosystem from the inside out. Ideally this is someone who has already navigated the halls of a HubSpot Partner and knows how to turn a technical solution into a long-term strategic partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with HubSpot sales and CSMs, becoming the preferred partner for complex manufacturing and franchise deals.
- Strategically manage existing clients: identify upsells, handle renewals, and align our technical solutions with their evolving needs.
- Create high-quality proposals and collaborate with Sales support on detailed Scopes of Work to ensure clear expectations and project success.
What we’re looking for:
- HubSpot Partner Experience (strongly preferred) - At least 2+ years of experience working at a HubSpot Partner, at HubSpot, or for a Salesforce partner in a sales or account management role.
- Lead Discovery Calls - at a high level based on process definition. You are not required to be the technical expert, but knowing how to involve them is critical.
- Proven Track Record - Experience managing a book of business and meeting/exceeding sales or retention quotas.

Salary for this role ranges between $75-90k per year plus commission for a target OTE between $135-200k (depending on experience).
