Strategic Management Consultant, Washington, DC

We are seeking a Strategic Management Consultant to join our team in the Washington, DC Navy Yard area. The ideal candidate will lead Team Ships culture development and assessment, develop curriculum and deliver training, support command climate surveys and analyze results, support command and leadership off‑sites, debrief leadership, and support and advise the Employee Engagement Committee. Required Education, Skills, and Experience Master's degree in management, business, or organizational strategy. 5 years of strategic consulting provided within the federal government or DOD environment at the senior level. Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be a US Citizen. Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance. Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience 10 years of strategic consulting provided within the federal government or DOD environment at the senior level.
