About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Risk Stratification to lead the strategic implementation of data-driven approaches for identifying high-risk populations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the development and execution of targeted interventions to enhance care management and reduce adverse events. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experts in analyzing patient data, building risk models, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes. Key duties include leading compliance initiatives, partnering with tech and analytic teams to design risk algorithms, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in risk stratification, deep knowledge of healthcare systems, and the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President of Risk Stratification position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees. A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading a comprehensive risk stratification program is required, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of healthcare terminology, clinical conditions, and disease progression, as well as proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
