Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide care for patients with acute or chronic diseases and post-op surgeries
• Manage co-morbid conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, infections, CHF, and electrolyte imbalances
• Perform clinical assessments, IV insertion and care, and wound care
• Conduct cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Engage in discharge planning and patient education

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Active RN License (GA)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) required
• 2 years Med/Tele experience
