Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Assist with transferring and repositioning patients, as needed
Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure continued growth and professional advancement
Demonstrate a patient-first focus, prioritizing resident needs and ensuring a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and abilities
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
