We are currently seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering exceptional patient care, enjoy working in a fast-paced clinical environment, and value being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment while maintaining OSHA and infection control standards.
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances as directed by the orthodontist.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper care of braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
• Accurately document treatment notes and patient progress.
• Maintain inventory and assist with keeping the clinical area organized and efficient.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience is required.
• Current Arizona dental assisting credentials are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for providing outstanding patient care.
