The global Rosewood Residences team focuses on delivering distinctive, service-led branded residential experiences that enrich everyday living and foster meaningful connections between people and place. The team supports residential developments across pre-opening, stabilization, and ongoing operations, contributing to culture activation, operational excellence, and long-term community success. This role collaborates closely with on-site residential leaders, culinary teams, and Food & Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to refined, personalized service.

As a Food & Beverage Service Steward at Rosewood Residences Lido Key, you play an essential role in creating seamless dining and hospitality experiences across all Food & Beverage outlets. Through teamwork, attentiveness, and a proactive approach, you help ensure every resident interaction feels effortless while supporting the exceptional service standards that define Rosewood.

No two days are exactly alike. Whether assisting with food delivery, resetting dining spaces, supporting bartenders, assisting poolside service, preparing private events, or ensuring every outlet is impeccably maintained, you are an integral part of the guest experience and the success of the entire Food & Beverage team.

Working closely with captains, servers, bartenders, culinary teams, and leadership, you contribute to smooth daily operations while helping create an environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.

Success in this role comes not only from completing tasks efficiently, but from anticipating the needs of both residents and fellow associates, taking pride in every detail, and ensuring every service experience feels polished, seamless, and effortless.

Support exceptional Food & Beverage service across the Bistro, Lounge, Pool Terrace, Beach, In-Residence Dining, and private events.

Deliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.

Assist servers and captains by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables to ensure continuous dining room readiness.

Support bartenders by stocking products, preparing garnishes, replenishing supplies, polishing glassware, and maintaining an organized bar.

Assist pool and beach service teams with food delivery, beverage support, setup, and maintaining service stations throughout the day.

Prepare dining rooms, service stations, and event spaces before, during, and after service.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout all Food & Beverage areas while following Rosewood standards.

Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure efficient service execution and timely guest experiences.

Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple outlets and adapting to operational priorities throughout each shift.

Position requires prolonged standing and walking, lifting and carrying trays, food, beverages, furniture, and service equipment, and maintaining an active presence across multiple Food & Beverage outlets.

You bring experience in restaurants, hotels, private clubs, resorts, or other hospitality environments, or you have a strong desire to begin a career in luxury hospitality.
