Physical Therapist Assistant (32 hrs/wk)

Adoray also offers an Employee Assistance Program). Requirements Minimum Qualifications Graduate of a 2-year college level program, approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Must be licensed in Wisconsin. Home health and/or hospice experience preferred. Current Wisconsin driver's license. Excellent communication skills. Evidence of attendance of hospice training class or willingness to attend. Believes in and has a working knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care. Basic computer skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High level of attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and make independent judgments. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently Ability to work well as part of a team and independently Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Exceptional customer service skills Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards As a PTA at Adoray, you will Follow the Physical Therapist's plan of treatment Notify appropriate team members of any deviations from the plan of treatment and reporting observations Provide teaching to patients and/or caregivers Report changes in patient's condition Complete appropriate clinical documentation Maintains own work schedule and provides updated schedule Maintains current CPR (BLS) certification Accepts special assignments based on interest and knowledge base Demonstrates efficient use of time in visiting, travel time, coordination with others, and documentation.
