Responsibilities Plan and implement recreational activities such as games, arts and crafts, outings, and social events to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents Assist with daily living activities including feeding, toileting, and range of motion exercises Promote independence and autonomy by encouraging residents to participate in activities and make their own choices Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless transitions and quality care Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities strongly preferred Ability to work varying shifts , including days, evenings, and weekends Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with daily living activities About Us At Meriden Health and Rehab LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and services with compassion, dignity, and respect for every individual.
