Worship/Family Pastor

Robertsdale FBC is looking for a Worship Pastor to lead our congregation. The role of Worship Pastor is not a full time position by itself. If hired full time there would also be other areas of ministry responsibility. The position is currently setup as a Worship/Family Pastor role where worship is the primary responsiblity with oversight responsibilities for the family ministry of the Church. The Church is open to hiring a worship pastor in a full or part time role. There is flexibility as we seek who God’s person is for this position.
