Assistant Branch Manager Location: East Sussex Salary: £35,000 DOE Generous Bonus Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Client Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established and successful Plumbers Merchant based in the East Sussex region. This is an exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of a highly successful branch, driving its growth and success, whilst giving a fantastic opportunity to progress into branch management. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries. Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business from both new and existing clients. Entertain customers (Weekend potential) Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions. Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist in the warehouse as required. Assist with deliveries as required. Requirements / Skills Previous experience in a plumbers environment is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous. Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. What’s on Offer Basic salary of £35,000 DOE.
