In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents using Azure AI Foundry, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure Machine Learning services. You will play a key role in scaling AI platforms and integrating cutting-edge technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems into real-world applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Model Development: Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs using Azure AI Foundry and Azure ML services.Platform Engineering: Enhance and scale AI platforms by integrating RAG, LLMs, and ML pipelines into production environments.Agent Development: Build intelligent AI agents using open standards (e.g., MCP, A2A) and principles of multi-agent systems.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to implement best practices in AI deployment, security, and performance optimization.Client Engagement: Translate business requirements into scalable, AI-driven solutions through close collaboration with clients.Integration: Ensure seamless integration with Azure services including Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS, Pinecone, CosmosDB).Required QualificationsProven experience with Azure AI Foundry and its ecosystem.Strong background in LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and AI application development.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and vector search technologies.Solid understanding of AI security, MLOps, and deploying scalable AI solutions.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.Preferred SkillsExperience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows.Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
