The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi is seeking a highly organized and personable Client Services Manager to join our team. This role serves as the main point of contact for our signed-up clients, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied throughout their case process. You will work closely with our intake and legal teams to keep cases moving efficiently while providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients after they sign up with our firm.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their case(s).
• Coordinate with the intake team to ensure smooth client transitions and address client needs.
• Communicate with the legal team to gather and relay any additional case information.
• Request client reviews after they have received and cashed their settlement checks.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
