Job Description\n Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, North Dakota.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/12/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, rotating\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n NICU RN – Bismarck, ND\n Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotating, every other weekendContract Length: 13 weeks (91 contract weeks available)Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/weekRadius Requirement: Cannot accept travelers within 60 miles of facility; local rate applies for those living 60–80 miles (client rate reduced by $8.00/hr)Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks\n Facility Details:\n \n Trauma Level: I\n Care Setting: Acute\n Charting System: EPIC (OneChart)\n Level IV NICU — AAP-accredited/verified\n 40 beds\n Ratios: 1:1–1:2 (critical/intermediate infants), 3:1 (growing/feeding infants)\n Equipment: Draeger conventional ventilators, high-frequency jet/oscillator ventilators, nitric oxide, cool cap, MedFusion/Smart pumps, Spacelab monitors, MAK for medications, Accudose\n Must float to PICU and PEDS (skills checklists required at submission)\n BSN not required\n Orientation: EPIC training + 2 days with a buddy\n \n Requirements:\n \n 2+ years of experience required\n Active ND and Compact RN license (willing to obtain)\n Active BLS – AHA required\n NRP required\n Must be able to administer meds through a PICC line\n EPIC experience highly preferred\n Level IV NICU experience required\n License to Submit: Yes\n \n \n Why work with Ashley and Voca Healthcare?
