Job Description

Pay: $23hr

Shift Times: Vary between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Shifts are fastpaced, active, and designed to keep you moving.

As a Delivery Driver at 323 Logistics Solutions , you play a crucial role in ensuring packages are delivered promptly, accurately, and safely throughout our community.

You will start and end your day at: Amazon Delivery Station WPY1 172 Industrial Drive Bellefonte, PA 16823

You are the final step in Amazon's promise - delivering smiles with professionalism and pride.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

Package Handling

Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs )
Organize your vehicle for efficient delivery

Safe Driving

Follow GPScoordinated routes
Obey all traffic laws
Drive with professionalism and awareness

Customer Service

Deliver packages with courtesy and respect (Serve Boldly)
Represent Amazon and 323 Logistics Solutions with a focus on excellence ( Customer Obsession)

Vehicle Care

Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle ( Excellence Always )
Take pride in your equipment ( Deliver with Pride )

Communication

Report issues, delays, or concerns immediately
Stay connected with dispatch and leadership ( Overcommunicate )

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You'll Need:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
