Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling & Lathe Machinist with extensive experience in setup and operation. This role requires strong technical ability, precision machining expertise, and the ability to work with a variety of CNC and manual equipment to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines
• Work with a variety of equipment, including:
• Okuma mills and lathes with OSP controls
• Hardinge Bridgeport mills with OSP and Fanuc controls
• Alliant Bridgeport knee mills with DRO
• Harrison Alpha lathes
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
• Apply precision machining techniques to meet tight tolerances
• Perform routine inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong experience with machine setup and operation
• Familiarity with Okuma OSP and Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with manual machining equipment is a plus
• Welding or metal fabrication experience is a plus

Hours:

Monday through Friday – 6:30am to 3pm

Compensation:

The pay is up to $38.00 an hour
