Shift Details:

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week guaranteed
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• On Call: None

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join our fast-paced team in Lima, OH. In this role, you will function within the Health System’s mission and values, assuming responsibility and accountability for patient care throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria.
• Make critical judgments based on scientific knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff (LPNs, PCTs, Unit Secretaries).
• Float to all units within your skill level as needed.

Required Certifications (Must be Active & In-Hand):

• BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA)
• PALS – American Heart Association (AHA)
• TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course

Licensing Requirements:

• State License: Must hold an active Ohio (OH) or Compact RN License.
