job summary: Logistics and Events Coordinator for a leading provider of traffic safety and roadway solutions. This position is based near Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate is a project events manager who is equally comfortable negotiating with a venue, chasing a vendor sponsorship payment, and pulling a clean spend dashboard together. This is a direct hire job opportunity. location: Englewood, Colorado job type: Permanent salary: $65,000 - 75,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the logistics for the company trade shows Plan and execute user group meetings Coordinate logistics for the trade shows including registration, booth space, shipping, booth setup and teardown, materials, and on-site execution support Track deadlines, contracts, and event requirements across a multi-entity calendar Coordinate ordering, storage, and shipping so the right materials are at the right show Use AI tools daily to increase productivity and quality Required Qualifications: Must have at least two (2) years experience in event coordination, trade show management, or related logistics-heavy roles Logistics experience Experience leveraging AI tools Negotiating experience qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 2 years of experience Education: Bachelors skills: Planning Scheduling Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
