Program Coordinator

Soccer Shots is looking for a Coordinator who can do just that. What You'll Do Coaching & Leadership (Core Focus) Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 (about 50% of your time) Bring the joy to every field—creating an environment where kids feel confident, excited, and valued Serve as a role model, teaching both soccer skills and character development (respect, teamwork, confidence) Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating coaches Help manage schedules, including subs, cancellations, and seasonal planning Marketing & Communication Support seasonal promotions through demos, events, and outreach Communicate with parents, directors, and partners in a professional and positive way Assist with newsletters, social media, and representing Soccer Shots in the community Operations & Administration Support enrollment, scheduling prep, and seasonal organization Help maintain equipment and ensure coaches are set up for success Growth & Community Impact Assist with growing programs through new partnerships and strong on-site promotion Represent Soccer Shots with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a joyful presence Who You Are Hungry: Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow Humble: Team-oriented, positive, and coachable Smart: Strong communicator who connects easily with kids and adults A natural at bringing the joy—you make things fun, engaging, and meaningful What You Bring Passion for working with children—engaging, patient, and enthusiastic Leadership, coaching, or teaching experience Organized and reliable with strong communication skills Soccer experience is a plus, but not required What You Get Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid training and development Matching 401K Paid maternity and parental leave QSEHRA health reimbursement benefit available to eligible employees Fitness/wellness stipends Use of company car Opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization If you’re ready to lead, grow, and bring the joy to every child you meet—we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soccer Shots Franchising
