Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Specialist

Nex-Tech is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to support sales and service across our product offerings. This role works directly with customers to recommend solutions, process transactions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, driving sales, and working in a fast-paced retail or office environment.

• Sell and promote Nex-Tech and Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and features
• Process service orders, upgrades, disconnects, and number ports
• Accept and post customer payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
• Support account maintenance and documentation processes
• Maintain compliance with customer data privacy regulations

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of computers and office systems
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations

Required: High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of customer service, sales, or related experience.
