Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse - Quincy, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• 32 hours per week
• 8-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
• 4 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license; eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
• Minimum one year of recent Rehab or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities
• Experience with adult neuro/stroke rehabilitation preferred
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care to adult patients recovering from stroke and neurological events
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and observe for changes in condition
• Collaborate with therapy, case management, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery strategies
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with all standards
