Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients by evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring optimal physical function and mobility. Collaborate with patients to facilitate progress toward their rehabilitation goals in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients through comprehensive evaluations to determine their physical limitations and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, postoperative care, and injury prevention techniques.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient education abilities.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
