Construction Associate Attorney

A boutique construction law firm is seeking an associate to join their busy group! Qualified associates will have 2-6+ years of litigation experience with strong writing capabilities and interested in focusing on complex construction design matters. Associates in this group will work primarily on arbitrations and 1-3 matters at a time, heavily working with expert consultants and witnesses. This is a hybrid role out of the Chicago office with a flexible hybrid policy, though suggested Tues-Thurs as associates are getting ramped up. Candidates must have an IL license. Salary expected to be around $150-190k+ depending on level of experience.
