As a Financial Analyst – Level 2 or Level 3 located in Redondo Beach, CA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.Northrop Grumman Intelligence Systems Division (ISD) has an opening for a Principal Financial Analyst on the financial team within the Intelligence & Sensing (I&S) Business Unit (BU). The role will report to the I&S Finance Manager and will be responsible for the financial analysis of the I&S BU and supporting programs.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Strategic planning, reporting, and analysis of key financial metrics (Sales, Margin, Cash, Awards) for the I&S BU. Includes quarterly Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) contract profitability assessment, cash flow/balance sheet management, risk and opportunity assessmentSupport monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and analysisSupport development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) through collaboration with Business and Program ManagementPerform ad-hoc exercises for financial impact/profitability analysisCollaborative work style: ability to interface with different functions and levels of leadership both within and outside of the BUOperate in a dynamic environment with competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detailOther duties as assignedThis position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3.Basic Qualifications for Level 2:Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics (or related field) – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
