Requisitos del Puesto

Licencia activa de CHHA o CNA (obligatorio)
Bilingüe inglés/español (obligatorio)
Licencia de conducir válida y vehículo propio confiable (obligatorio)
Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar inglés a un nivel adulto promedio
Tener 18 años o más
Número de Seguro Social válido
Capacidad para levantar mínimo 25 libras
Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación
Aprobar verificación de antecedentes Nivel 2
Completar exámenes de salud requeridos
Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos del Manual del Empleado

Responsabilidades del Puesto

Asistir con Actividades de la Vida Diaria (ADLs)
Transferencias y posicionamiento seguro del cliente
Observar y reportar cambios en la condición física o mental
Compañía y conversación
Limpieza ligera y preparación de comidas
Documentar actividades diarias en el libro del plan de cuidado (si aplica)
Registrar horas y servicios en la hoja semanal; entregar cada lunes antes de las 5:00 PM
Reportar cambios importantes del cliente a la oficina inmediatamente
Otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia
