Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at Wayback Burgers in Savannah, GA is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. This includes leading and scheduling team members, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests. The Restaurant Manager monitors service levels and guest feedback, resolves issues promptly, and drives customer satisfaction through attentive, friendly service. Key responsibilities include managing inventory and cash handling, assisting with hiring, training, and performance coaching, and supporting local marketing efforts to grow sales. The manager collaborates with ownership and corporate support teams, adheres to brand guidelines, and helps create a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. Ability to manage Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality control, and presentation. Experience or aptitude in Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members. Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership. Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management preferred, but not strictly required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proven leadership skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management processes.
