Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Supervisor

We are looking for a clinical supervisor SLP who can support an energetic CF-SLP and a small caseload of six. This role is approximately 10-16 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide supervision and mentorship to a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) managing a private school-based caseload (~18 students) * Support clinical decision-making, documentation review, and overall quality of care * Provide direct speech-language therapy for a small caseload (~6 students) * Collaborate with a supportive, experienced SLP on the team as needed Schedule & Structure: * Part-time (approximately 10-16 hours per week) * Flexible scheduling with a mix of indirect supervision and direct therapy * Position begins in early fall (with optional onboarding in late summer) Monthly Flat Rate: $4,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience) Consistent, predictable pay regardless of minor weekly fluctuations What We're Looking For: * Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Maryland) * ASHA CCCs required and Supervision Requirements * Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians (CF supervision experience strongly preferred) * Organized, communicative, and comfortable providing guidance and feedback * Someone who values collaboration, autonomy, and a positive team environment Experience: * supervision : 1 year (Preferred) Location: * Bethesda, MD 20814 (Preferred) Work Location: Private School in Bethesda
