You don't need years of recruiting experience—we're looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, resourceful, and comfortable talking to people, with the ability to build relationships and make candidates feel welcome.What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent by:Building relationships with candidates through networking, community outreach, and recruiting eventsDeveloping creative strategies to attract diverse and multilingual candidatesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, and screening applicants, scheduling interviews and maintaining communication throughout the hiring processManaging and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by creating and updating job postings, tracking candidate activity, and ensuring data integrityPartnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify top talentRepresenting NAFI CT at job fairs, colleges, universities, and community eventsCreating engaging recruiting marketing materials and social media content to strengthen NAFI CT's employer brandMonitoring recruiting metrics and recommending process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and hiring outcomes.Serving as a positive ambassador for NAFI CT ensuring every candidate has a processional and welcoming experience from the first contact through onboardingWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who is:Fluent in English and Spanish (required)Bachelor's degree preferredAn excellent communicator who enjoys building relationshipsOrganized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable networking in the community and representing our organizationExperienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, community outreach, marketing, or a related fieldFamiliar with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologyExperience in recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, marketing, community outreach, or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Why You'll Love Working HereWe know great employees deserve great support.
