Talent & Organizational Strategy Analytics ConsultantAs a Talent & Organizational Strategy (T&OS) Analytics Consultant, you'll help turn data into meaningful insights that shape how Southwest attracts, develops, and supports its People. Partnering with stakeholders across the Company, you'll lead analytics projects from intake through delivery, combining data from multiple sources to answer complex business questions and inform talent and organizational decisions. You'll uncover trends, identify opportunities, and develop forecasting models and scalable solutions that support workforce planning and organizational strategy. Using modern analytics tools, AI-enabled capabilities, and compelling data storytelling, you'll transform information into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders.
