What You'll Do As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most—their own home. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Preparing light meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assisting with mobility and medication reminders
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Encouraging independence while delivering compassionate, personalized care

Every client is unique, and every day is an opportunity to make a real difference. What We're Looking For We're searching for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy serving others. Preferred qualifications include:

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred but no experience necessary. We provide all training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving
• Caring, dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to successfully pass a state-required criminal background check

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
