About the Program

Our organization is excited to introduce a groundbreaking float pool initiative, offering a fresh approach for radiologists to practice. This program is tailored to adapt to the changing demands of the market by providing flexible, gig-style shifts while ensuring top-notch coverage throughout Wisconsin and/or Indiana. Unlike traditional locum tenens roles, this opportunity features an availability-first scheduling system, allowing radiologists to choose their preferred shifts—be it during the day, evening, overnight, or on weekends. There are no long-term commitments or strict schedules, just fulfilling work that fits your lifestyle.

Ideal Candidates

Board-certified radiologists with active state licenses (preferably in IN and/or WI; multi-state licenses are a plus)
Proficient in teleradiology and remote workflows
Open to flexible, non-traditional work arrangements
